Wholesale & Custom Stone Product FAQs
Quick answers for wholesale, OEM, private-label and custom-project enquiries. Product-specific requirements are agreed with your quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 50 pieces. Send the planned quantity by product or style, together with material and custom requirements, so the proposed assortment can be reviewed. Sample arrangements are discussed separately.
What should I send for a quotation?
A product link or drawing, preferred material, relevant dimensions, estimated quantity and delivery country are a useful start. Add finish, logo, fittings, packaging or target-date requirements when they matter to the design.
Can you manufacture a design that is not in the catalogue?
Send your drawing, reference image or sample brief. ROQVERA reviews custom stone homeware, furniture and bath products for wholesale, OEM and private-label enquiries. Material suitability, construction, tooling and sample requirements depend on the particular design.
Can I request samples before a bulk order?
Yes—include what you want to assess: material appearance, product shape, dimensions, finish or component fit. Sample availability, cost and timing are confirmed for the selected product and destination.
Can I combine different designs or materials?
Send a list of styles, material preferences and quantities. We review the proposed assortment, manufacturing requirements and shipment plan together; mixed-order terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Will all pieces have the same colour and veining?
Natural stone varies. Agree the appearance range and any grouping requirements for your collection using the relevant material and finished-product references. Natural variation should be distinguished from damage or a specification mismatch.
How do marble and travertine differ?
Marble is commonly selected for its veining and surface character. Travertine has a porous texture and may be specified with filled or open pores. Compare the actual material, finish and intended use rather than choosing by the commercial name alone.
Are custom sizes, finishes and logos available?
Discuss material, dimensions, shape, edge treatment, finish, logo and packaging as part of the product brief. Not every option suits every stone or design; the agreed sample and specification define the order.
How long do sampling and production take?
Timing depends on the design, material, quantity, sample revisions and production requirements. Share your target date first. Ask for sample preparation, production and transport to be identified separately in the quotation.
How is quality confirmed before shipment?
Agree the relevant checks for your product: appearance range, dimensions, edge and surface details, openings, fittings and packing protection. Discuss which photos, measurements or sample records you need to review before dispatch.
How are fragile stone products packed?
Protection is selected around shape, edges, weight and the route. Discuss individual protection, cartons, pallet or crate requirements and retail presentation for the actual order. There is no single packing specification for every product.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Include your nominated forwarder and preferred handover point in the enquiry. Alternatively, ask us to review available freight options for your destination. The quoted scope and responsibilities must be agreed before shipment.
Can I request FOB, CIF or door-delivery options?
State the term and named port or destination you want compared. Availability, freight charges, insurance, customs and destination charges are reviewed for the actual route and written quotation. Door delivery is not automatically an all-inclusive duty-paid service.
What payment terms apply?
Payment method, currency, deposit and balance arrangements are confirmed in the written quotation and order agreement. Website enquiry pages do not take online payment.
What if a shipment is damaged or a product differs from the agreement?
Keep photos of the product, outer and inner packing and shipping labels, and contact ROQVERA with the product reference and order details. The agreed specification, packing and delivery terms are used to review the issue and discuss the next step.
